Who is Inner Harmony?
Comprised of seventeen Sacramento Women’s Chorus members, Inner Harmony performs A Cappella music in a variety of musical styles. With a repertoire of sacred, pop, contemporary and holiday music, Inner Harmony integrates new vocal effects and choreography to reimagine many well-known songs.
Since 2024, Inner Harmony has performed for many local events including, the San
Juan Education Foundation Annual Gala, Jake's Journey Home Gala, the Philanthropic
Education Organization’s annual meeting, the Sacramento Assistance League's Holiday
event, the Sacramento County Retired Employees Association Holiday event, and the
California Lawyers for the Arts, Artistic License Awards Ceremony.
Additionally, the ensemble has performed sacred music at the Center for Spiritual
Awareness, the Daughters of the Nile Supreme Queen Visitation, Reflection United
Methodist Church and Metropolitan Community Church's 5th Anniversary Gala.
Inner Harmony performs three times a year for Bear Hollow Estates and annually at the
Capitol Rotunda Holiday Music Program. Under the Direction of Dr. Cindy Chaffee,
Inner Harmony members serve as ambassadors for the Sacramento Women’s Chorus.

On June 2, 2024, Inner Harmony was the guest musical artist at the Sunday service for the Center for Spiritual Awareness, an inter-faith non-denominational church in West Sacramento. They delighted the congregation with their beautiful renditions of Dona Nobis Pacem, and a moving gospel song, Glorious Peace. The listeners were moved by the interwoven and intricate women’s harmonies which brought joy, comfort and inspiration.
